I was actually a really big fan. I remember watching her on The Wizards of Waverly Place. By the way Selena, congratulations on being named Billboards Woman of the Year. Im so excited to transform into Selena.
Lets do it. So this first look were going to be doing is from the 2007 Teen Choice Awards. Shes a teenager, shes very fresh-faced. It's very Disney.
Oh my god. This is definitely a throwback look. I remember when these bangs were in. The next look Im very excited about.
Its more sophisticated. She has a little bit more makeup on but still very beautiful. I remember when this pompadour look was very in and she was rocking it. Im curious how big my hairs gonna look.
I really dont do my hair like this. I always have it down, so. Im nervous but Im so excited. Oh my god.
It very much looks like this look. Yep, I think we got it down. Out of all the looks were doing, by far this is the most bold for Selena. Its very simple yet sophisticated and glamorous.
Im really excited to see this look. Oh my god. I love it! I feel like I turned into a new person. For someone thats been in the limelight for so long, I loved watching her grow up and become this beautiful, young woman.

CL is a part of a group called 2NE1
and I - that was my first introduction to that group. K-pop has consumed
my life on many different levels. Ill wake up in the morning and
Ill watch YouTube videos of any like new K-pop performances that Ive missed. I love CL because I read an interview
of hers maybe a couple of years ago where she talks about being a role model
for a lot of younger Asian women who look up to her.
She mentioned that,
you know, a lot of people are sort of afraid to kind of come out of their shells
and fully represent themselves as like this creative, human, expressive being. Shes trying to encourage these younger
women to sort of embrace that. If I were to meet CL, I would ask her if
we could be friends, because I think shes so cool. Before we get into it, dont forget

In this first look, CL is performing with
2NE1 during Iggys Best New Band Concert in 2011. It is reminiscent of one
of her looks in the I Am The Best music video from her outfit to her hair. It is a distinct look from early on in
her music career. For her eyes, she has winged out
eyeshadow.
CLs hair is pulled into a long dramatic
ponytail and she has a full set of bangs. For her lips, she has a nude gloss. Okay. Yayyy- OH MY GOD.
WHAT THE- I do look like a completely - AAHHHHH. This doesnt look like me. Oh my god. I like the, the eyes.
Ive never had this hair color
before, so its kind of fun. Oh my god. Woo. The second look is from a
Tiffany T Launch Party in 2014.
CL is a few years into her music career. She is starting to experiment more
with her look. For her makeup, she has sharp long
wings with a little bit of black shadows smudged on her lower lash line. She has platinum blonde hair that is
braided together in a side fishtail.
The look is finished with a glossy red lip. WHAT?!? This is so crazy. Oh my gosh. This is one I feel like it could be a
different version of me.
I look like a rich housewife. You guys really outdid yourselves. My hair looks good. I feel fancy, fancy and famous.
Woohoo. Bye-bye. This last look is from New York
Fashion Week in 2016. This look is what CL is known for
today, where she has pursued more of a solo career and released her own singles
such as, Hello Bitches".
Her makeup is very intense. Her eyelids have a base of bronze eyeshadow
with an intense black wing on top. Her base is more contoured than
previous looks. As seen in her singles, she is rocking
teased out grey hair.
And on her lips, she has a vampy berry lip. Waaa. WOAH! Now I really look famous. This is good guys.
I feel like this is like an actual
K-pop star look I think for me. My hair is really cool, and my
makeup is bomb.Com. The first one I felt like a shock to
the system maybe, because it was my first transformation. And the second one I felt like a
rich mom, which was great, cause thats me in the future.
This one is my favorite one. I feel like this one is the most me. I feel like Im ready for my debut
as a K-pop star. I feel like, transformed.

Hey guys, this is Mi-Anne, and
this is Beauty With Mi. Ever since I got my zipts zapped,
I wanna say a year and a half ago at Dermalogica, Ive been on the
hunt for another facial that is as good for acne. I found one. Its at a spa called Skin Laundry,
which has locations all around the U.S.
And the treatment is called the Laser
and Light Facial. It uses lasers to
combat things like acne, inflammation, redness, brighten the overall complexion,
and it only takes 15 minutes. I went last week! So, Im gonna show you the entire process. Ill let you know what I thought,
but first you have to make sure youre subscribed.
Down below, you know the drill, red button,
hangout with me every Monday, 11 AM is Beauty With Mi Day. So, without further ado,
lets go to the spa. I was a little bit nervous to go get this
treatment, because I was afraid that it would hurt or sting, but as soon as I
got there my nervousness just went away as soon as I met my nurse, Elyse. Hi Mi-Anne!
Welcome to Skin Laundry.
Hi! My name is Elyse. Ill be the nurse performing
your 15 minute laser facial today. So, what we do here at Skin Laundry
is a 2-part treatment. The first is a
Yag Laser, and the second is a I.P.L., Which stands for, Intense Pulsed Light.
Okay. The laser will be the first portion where
well do 2 passes of your face. What that does is it targets pigments. What will help break up any hyper
pigmented areas.
And its also going to deep clean
your pores. So, anybody who has acne,
breakouts, clogged pores, blackheads. Its going to vaporize dirt. During the laser portion of the treatment,
youll feel a little bit of heat and prickling.
If youd like a break at any time just
let me know, but you shouldnt have any discomfort. Amazing. Well I cant wait to start. After Elyse told me what to expect,
what it would feel like, she brought me to the treatment table and I removed any
residual makeup with a cleansing wipe.
Then came the fun part. While Im doing the laser treatment,
you may smell something, this is not your hair or skin burning, its just the
vapors getting cleaned out. I smell it. You smell it already.
It smells weird. Okay, good.
So, thats the smell of success. That means your skin is getting
deeply cleaned. This one, Im not gonna lie,
didnt feel great.
It felt like prickly,
like I dont think that I would have been able to withstand having that laser on
my face for much more than like 10 minutes. Good thing the facial is only 15! And that was one pass. Well do
2 passes. How are you doing? Good.
Sometimes I can see stuff come up
to the surface, I havent really seen anything like that with you, but it is
possible that wherever there is underlying congestion can
come to the surface. If that happens,
we call it purging, and its just a natural part of the healing process. We recommend that if you do have any
purging, you just come back in a few days for another treatment that will help clear
it right up. So, once the first laser was done,
Elyse brought out the I.P.L.
Machine. Ill be applying some cold gel to your
face. The gel is just a water-based
ultrasound gel. Its going to keep your
skin nice and cool.
And the purpose is
to help evenly spread the light, so it acts as a conductor for the I.P.L.
Treatment. You will feel a little bit of
heat, and mostly youre just going to observe a very bright light. Woah. So, what does this one do in
comparison to the first? Its also targeting redness and
inflammation.
And it leaves your skin
with a bit of tightened feeling. So, after the treatment
you should feel tighter, brighter, glowing, clean. They both deliver light energy, but theyre
delivering the energy in different wavelengths. How often is it recommended to
get this treatment? This treatment is mild enough and safe
enough to do every other day.
Most people come between every 7
and 10 days. And thats it. And now I will apply and a
little bit of toner. Ooo.
And Ill apply a little bit of daily
moisturizer with SPF. How does your skin feel? It feels good. Im excited to see
what it looks like. Good.
Well you look great.
Take a look. Oh. My skin looks a lot less red. Is that just me? Yes.
It definitely looks calmer, brighter. Its healthy and clean. So, what should I do now that were done? Our after care is very simple because the
treatment is so mild and safe. We recommend that you reapply sunscreen
every 2 hours.
If you do any manual
exfoliation, like a Clarisonic brush or scrubs, just wait until
tomorrow for that. Okay. Does it make your skin a little
bit more sensitive to that? It can. And we just dont wanna
over exfoliate.
Got it. Because your skin has just been exfoliated,
so we just want to give it time. Its been a week since I've gotten
the treatment and my skin has been really smooth. The makeup has gone on
really well over it.
I think that for
the time that it takes to commit to the facial, its like a no brainer. Skin Laundry offers the first facial free,

or if you simply dont want to drop the cash, which I dont blame you.
There are a few things you can do at
home that can give you a similar result, although they are not going to be a laser. So, Neutrogena makes a mask and its
called the Light Therapy Acne Mask. Now it uses blue and red light to target
acne causing bacteria. It is super easy to use.
It turns on! And you just sit tight really for
10 minutes. It will automatically turn off
and its essentially your mask, but you dont have to wash it off,
so you just chill, sit on the couch. The second is much more traditional,
but you know how much I love a good exfoliating mask. This is a
San Francisco based brand.
Its called Monastery, and this is
the Exfoliating Glycolic Gel. Whats nice about it is its very,
very gentle mask. I wouldnt say its
the same as the Light and Laser Facial, but it does give you that instant
brightening effect. Because it has the
rose water in it, it is very soothing, so I dont tend to get any redness from it.
All around, a goodie. So, that is it. I hope you guys

We all know that a sound night of sleep sets a good bitch up for success. But how does it affect
your overall beauty? I mean, makeup has come a long way, and maybe it can hide
the fact that you were up on Twitter until 2:30 last night. That was me. So this week, Kristen and
I are going to conduct a little experiment to
see how much eight, six, and four hours of sleep
affects our overall beauty.
It's LadyLike and this
week we're finding out how much sleep affects your beauty. Full disclosure: it was
pretty hard to find someone to do this experiment with me. - [Devin] Will you do a video with me? No. - [Devin] It's about
sleep and sleep patterns.
Absolutely not. When I don't get enough
sleep, my face looks like that of an old dog. Like, I have droopy jowls and I'm like... Whenever I feel like I
haven't had enough sleep, I just feel like I become a chipmunk.
I end up rubbing my face a lot more. Really hard to do a cat eye cause my eyelids are
like sunken grocery bags full of cans. (Laughs hysterically) You know when you got a bag full of cans and it's like, oh that bag, it's definitely lumpy and droopy. That's my eyelid when I don't sleep.
So I typically get about
seven hours of sleep. I usually get six and a half
to seven hours of sleep. If I go to sleep by midnight, I get seven hours of sleep. If I don't go to sleep by 1:30, I'm up until about 5:30 in the morning.
I love the morning. I wake up pretty early. I wake up at like 6:15 every morning, and I like to go to bed
anywhere from like 10:30 to 11:30 in that span of time. Because if I don't have a lot of sleep, I become so emotional.
I'm having a diva moment right now. (Whimpers) It's gonna be pretty interesting this week when I get six and four. I'm a light, light, light sleeper. If there's a loud noise
outside, I will wake up.
I'm such an easy sleeper, and I know that's a blessing because for a lot of people out there, it's really hard to get a
good, sound night of sleep. When you're telling a
woman she looks tired, what you're usually telling her is you're not wearing makeup. Which is nonsense. Don't do that! People often tell me I look
tired when I'm not tired.
So that's why it always
confuses me because sometimes when I haven't gotten
the most amount of sleep, no one ever says you look tired. It's always when I'm having
like an emotional moment. They're like, are you tired? And then I'm like, no. 'Cause I'm not changing my makeup routine because I'm doing the same
routine throughout the week, I don't think makeup will make
me look less tired this week.
I don't know, I think it's not gonna hide a damn thing. I think makeup definitely
makes you look more awake than you actually are. But I don't think makeup is a wizard, so I don't know how awake
it's gonna make me look. For three nights this week, Kristen and I are gonna
get eight hours, six hours, and four hours of sleep.
We're then gonna take
selfies with makeup on to see how our face changes
with those amounts of sleep. Also, just to clarify, when we say, "How much does sleep affect your beauty," I don't mean overall beauty, inner beauty. Because you're still beautiful,
no matter how many hours of sleep you get. So this video's about how
makeup sits on your face when you have different amounts of sleep.
Alright, this is a terrible idea. Alright, this should be a fun day or week. Whatever we're doing. I don't even remember.
Time to get ready for bed. I'm gonna wash my face and brush my teeth and settle in, here I go. So, I have an early call time. I'm gonna try to put some
green tea packets on my eyes and take a shower and maybe some Advil to take down the facial swelling.
I am not a morning person. I am a night person. My natural rhythm is to
go to bed at 1:00 a.M., Which is problem because I
have to be back up at 7:30. It's really, really tough for
me to build in eight hours of sleep because that's just
not how my natural rhythm is.
This is the side I was sleeping on. You can tell because it's squished. - [Woman] True or False:
Certain studies find that reduced sleep over
a period of 3 weeks shows significant result
on subjects' faces. True.
(Buzzer) - [Woman] False.
What? - [Woman] Certain studies
find that reduced sleep over a period of 3 days! Wait, what? I mean, I feel like I'm
never getting enough sleep so like, I'm curious as
to what my baseline is.
Like, what do I look
like when I'm well-rested for a whole week? That morning, I woke up
and looked at my face and I was alarmed. When I actually looked at it, my eyes looked puffy, my pores looked big. I just looked sad. I think I was asleep at 2:00
and then I woke up at 5:30.
Good, yeah. Pretty much similar. I look like shit.
Same. Look at these eyes.
I look like fucking ass butt, I look like something I ate. Why are you eating ass butt? Well, 'cause it was the
only thing available, Devin! Eventually throughout the day with a little caffeine and
a little breathing room, I feel like, my face
like calmed down a bit, but people could definitely
tell that I was tired. Do you have like really dark circles under your eyes that you're
hiding with makeup right now? Funny that you ask that, because I got four hours
of sleep last night. Why! I did it for a video.
But, like, honestly--
Can you tell? I can honestly, even in the shadows, I can see-- Like, look! Look at yourself. There's definitely discoloration... You normally have pretty
flawless looking skin. And it's kind of dark under there.
When my makeup-- When it looks like I was overcompenating with
makeup, it just highlighted the fact that I was even more tired. The day after I'd slept
four hours the night before, there were baseball playoffs, and I had two and a half
beers and I was toasty. 'Cause I hadn't slept so I was just like, (scat singing) I've had two and a half beers, 'cause I had three and
a half hours of sleep. I'm so tired! True or false: Poor sleepers have the same/netural assessment
as regular sleepers when it comes to their
own facial appearance.
I'm going to say no, just
because when I'm really cranky I think that I look like trash. So at least I got that one right. I know that I need to slow down and rest sometimes, most of the time ... But I didn't know that it was immediately reflected in the body.
My skin's looking a little sad today. Makes me think, like, I need to go home, I need to get an effin' nap, because I do not want
to look like a raccoon. A raccoon! I was like, puffier, and like, all the crags were out to play. It was like the grand canyon was doing a one day stop on my face.
So yeah, that day was super rough. I felt like my makeup really didn't even sit on my face that well. I feel like when I was tired, the makeup wasn't even
sinking in to my pores. It was just like all sitting on top.
I'm never doing that again. I learned what a horrible idea that was. I can't do that to myself
before a big shoot. I have to force myself to go to sleep.
I got about six hours of sleep last night. I've got bags under my eyes. Puffy upper lid. My cheeks feel swollen too.
The next thing we did
was six hours of sleep, and I think, like, I felt
the most normal that day. I got six hours of sleep! I'm going to put my make up on. I don't know, I don't look that bad for having gotten six hours of sleep, but that could be because I'm still young and my face still has a lot of elasticity. I mean, my eyelids are
kind of swollen, honestly.
This is stupid, I feel bad, I want to sleep so much. Okay, so I had a little steam, I'm going to have a little caffeine, and my skin is starting to
look a little less puffy and a little bit more clear. I know all this stuff is super minute, and the internet is
probably going to be like, Devin what are you talking about, your face is completely
the same, everyday. I feel a difference, especially in my eyes and my cheeks, depending
on how much sleep I get.
I feel like my makeup sits differently depending on how much sleep I get, so today is an example of a day where I just feel like-- and I have a feeling I'm
going to put on my makeup, and it's just going to kind
of be randomly oily here. - [Woman] True or false: Sleep deprivation can worsen inflammatory conditions in the skin. True.
- [Woman] Yeah! Inflammation is caused
by your immune system being wacky and if you don't sleep enough, then your immunte system doesn't have enough time to regenerate itself properly. My whole body felt like tenderized meat this morning.
And my face is, I think, kind of reflecting that. Again, don't mind the hair. Although... I don't
know, it's kind of cute.
I'm so tired I got primer in my hair. I don't know if I look anymore tired today than I do any other day, 'cause I kind of just
look tired all the time. I have like 75% of my eyebrows done. I don't know if I'm going to go back and finish the eyebrow.
Though apparently I have
to because of my job. So, a six hour sleep day for me is a normal day. I felt just the usual amount of, like, I haven't slept enough
but I've slept enough to get through life. Time for makeup on a face that has only had six hours of sleep.
Hopefully it's okay. True or false: Without enough deep sleep, the repair process of
your skin will be slowed but will eventually adapt
to your new sleeping habits. Okay, I'm going to say true, because I feel like the body adapts to whatever you're doing. False!? That's crazy to me, what! I mean as I get older, I feel like I'm just getting less and less amount of sleep.
Your body needs rest. I've done my full makeup now, and because my makeup and my skills are pretty effective, I
don't look that tired. But I feel exhausted. I also know that in a few hours, this stuff is all going to be in here.
My makeup was pretty normal. It sat on my skin normally, I have really large pores so about halfway through the day, my makeup starts to sort
of hibernate in my pores. I'm not going to apologize for the fact that my brain is awake
from like a certain hour of time that is not
compatible with the sun. For me, the part of my face that betrays me the most are my eyes.
You can definitely tell if I'm like, got enough sleep or if I'm well rested with my eyes, because I have hooded eyes, and whenever I'm sleepy, my mascar just gets on
the top of my eyelids. But I definitely get a
lot more makeup runoff here when I'm tired. I notice that happened a couple times in the six hour try. I felt like that was a
baseline example of my face, the six hour day.
I have had eight hours of sleep, and my eyes are definitely bigger. Usually when I've had four hours of sleep, my eyes are like little pistachio. But in this case, they're
the whole unshelled nut. So yesterday I got eight hours of sleep, and man, my skin looked good! The eight hour day, I felt awesome.
This is like a tyipcal
day of makeup for me. Whenever I get enough sleep, I feel like I'm hydrated. My skin looks, like, hydrated. If I don't get enough sleep, I feel dehydrated and puffy.
Just little things I'm
noticing as I'm focusing on my sleep and how makeup
is sitting on my face. - [Woman] True or false: Sleep-deprived women show signs of premature skin aging and a decrease in their skins' ability to
recover after sun exposure. True! I don't think that exact
fact has been brought to my attention before,
but it makes total sense. Like, sleep is when your body recovers, and in order for your body
to regenerate skin cells to heal damage, you need more sleep in order to have more recovery time.
Okay, I'm applying my makeup
and I can already tell that my foundation is
going on a little smoother, a little bit less runny, a little bit less flaky, my skin is a little bit less angry today. I could not explain it, like, my skin was smooth, it was super, like, not craggy. Usually when I'm asleep,
my eyes are sort of like this, and then when
I'm awake, it's like my nautral status is just eyes are open, big, ready for the day! I feel like the mascara
portion is like a good test to see if I'm tired or not, because if I'm tired, the
mascara gets on this upperlid, 'cause my eyes are swollen. But if I am well rested, it
just kind of sits nicely.
So my makeup is pretty much done, this is my look for the day, my eight hour well rested look. So, yeah, we'll see how this lasts. Do I look rested to you? You do look quite rested, actually. Oh, really?
Yeah, you look nice! Oh thank you! Little baby skin.
Oh, it's so soft! Oh thank you, I grew it myself. Good job! Your skin looks pretty nice, it looks like it normally does to me. Did you do something different? Yes, I slept for two more hours than I usually do. Oh cool, yeah that'll do it.
I think it's really interesting having both Kirsten and I in this video. I can't imagine staying awake all night. But then again, I'm sure
she says to herself, like, fuck, Devin, I can't
believe she does that. I didn't really think it
would make a difference how much sleep I got.
I kind of think I just sort
of look the same with make up. But actually, yeah. At least in my mind, it kind of does. I look at my face all the time.
True or false: Skin
functions as an important barrier from external stressors such as environmental
toxins and sun-induced DNA. True, the skin is the
biggest orgaan in the body. I'm a busy, working woman. A woman! A woman, I'm a busy, working lady, and I don't sleep ever.
No, you don't! We're taking selfies
now, that's the dealio. We're taking selfies. All of these things are probably very minute, the change
is probably very minute for the viewers watching the video, but for us feeling our
skin and feeling our face, was just-- It was insane. I had no idea that slepe
could really affect your face and the way you
view your face so much.
'Cause my eight hour day, I was like, feeling so good. My makeup sat on my skin pretty well. Also when I'm tired,
because my eyes water, I get a lot of transfer on my lids, and a lot of sort of mascara snowing on my under eyes, there
wasn't a lot of that. It's the end of the day and there's no red cone situation going on down here.
I think sleep is a miracle. A tiny, little, invisible miracle. As I get older, I realize how much more important sleep is. I think when I was younger I was like, yeah, I could pull two
all nighters in a row! Woo, I'm a cowboy! But now, it's like, no,
I need to be at my best.
I don't need to stay
up until the East coast wakes up on Twitter. Everyone can benefit from even a couple nights a week
getting eight hours of sleep, would be very, very healthy. I feel like even your
whole view of yourself would be much different. I think a problem that we have is that so much of the work that we do in businesses, especially our business, is collaborative and so it means you've got to be on a team schedule.
So it's really, really tough when someone has sort of a
circadian rhythm that's off, for them to be at their best. My face is a part of team Kristen, so that's another team I
have to support with sleep. Figuring out how much
sleep affects your skin, lady-tested, lady-a'snoozed. Nobody yells at vampires for
being productive at night.
They yell at vampires for other things! Logic! Yeah! (Bright percussive music).

Okay guys, let's go ahead and get started a lot of these products I have not used, but I will let you know of the products I have used and that I have tried and I'll have of course a stronger opinion on those a lot of these things are gonna Be more of a first impressions for me as well, so let's get started I have not tried this so this is the Fenty beauty Pro filter soft matte primer and this guy retails for $32 and you get how much you guys get in here 1.08 Fluid ounces Which is a really good amount of product for a primer.
That's very very very fair. Okay? It comes out More of a creamy almost like a lotion-y consistency Yeah, it feels like lotion 100%, so we're gonna put that all over The skin smells really nice actually smells like lotion Feels like lotion, too - I think there's definitely some drag when I'm putting on the skin like I really have to like move the product whoa Much more viscous, but it feels really nice on the skin so personally I have also been using a little bit of pore fessional from benefit in the t-zone I have again gnarly pores and I feel like it really helps this foundation look a lot better so I put a little bit of Porefessional in the center, so now I'm gonna take the little foundation brush. It's very thick a very dense very soft I'm liking it, and I'm gonna take the foundation. This is the Fenty Beauty Foundation It says shake well shake away, and you get one point zero eight fluid ounces in here and this retails for $34 so I think that is such a fair price point for a foundation I think that's actually really amazing when I tell you that I've worn this foundation every single day that I was in New York, I'm not kidding.
Since Friday, I had been wearing this foundation every Single day that I was in New York every single day because I liked it so much and I'm not kidding It's literally like when I found my favorite foundations right now every single day I worn this I've been complimented on my skin, and I'm like yo and when that's happening bitch So this is more of a soft and matte foundation and gives you about a medium coverage It doesn't give you really full full coverage unless you build it up to be more full but again It looks beautiful on the skin, and I definitely can say it builds up very nicely I build it to be full personally because I'm a full coverage girl But if you're not a full coverage kind of person, this foundation still looks wonderful because it gives you a really nice Medium coverage doesn't look really scary on the skin It just looks really pretty But it does dry very quickly So you need to work with it kind of quickly and like really make sure that gets into the skin nicely You know patting motions of course will give you more coverage, and I'll take one more pump And I'll take the little Rihanna beauty sponge. This is the first time you it It's very soft very squishy, so I like that I'm gonna pounce out all over the skin Sponge is $16, so it's cheaper than the Beautyblender, but it feels like the Beautyblender which is pretty nice I'm just gonna pack this all over the skin just to build up the coverage a little bit and again This is in the shade at 230 I find this one matches me a little bit better when I was at the event they have like different little sections that you can Go and try some of the products, and you can pick what you wanted to have and they were color matching people But I thought this was really weird like they were color matching people and there was a lot of red lighting everywhere It wasn't like natural white light or there wasn't no like there was no sunlight so people that were getting matched I'm assuming we're getting matched with the wrong shade I grabbed the shade 230 cuz I matched myself And I'm like hopefully this is like decent and it was decent it was totally fine Don't get me wrong, but it wasn't like definitely my color even this one is a little bit dark for me But it's so more neutral as you can see guys. It is definitely a soft matte finish It's not really shiny whatsoever but it's not super matte. I think it's perfect I love that it literally looks like it filtered on your skin sets itself It's a great foundation and I fucking love it.
So the next product that we have are the match sticks these retail for $25 And I'm gonna take the shade maple and it's a basically is like a bronzy shade how much product you get inside of it you Get point 25 ounces, which of course, I really do not think this is a lot of product I think it's actually a very little amount of product for 25 bucks, and you'll see where I put this or no, okay? Ok..We're not gonna use that shade Because that's literally doing nothing, thank god i grab the shade amber as well. This is more of a cool tone contour shade Okay, so maple was a flop amber was a flop. Let's go and try to shade mocha now because I just feel like those are Really, not working. This is definitely much more of a darker one.
There we go, that looks more accurate And now, we're gonna take the contour and concealer brush This is like a little tiny brush that they have and this retails for okay, so this little guys 24 bucks It's like a kind of an on-the-go little contour brush. I think this is um. I don't know man I personally would not spend 25 bucks on this I definitely would not buy it myself, but if you guys are fans of Rihanna awesome. I'm gonna go ahead and blend this Matchstick in with the foundation, okay? Okay that definitely looks a lot better than it does on this side It's still not like living for it though hold on we're gonna try it on this Yeah, I'm gonna do it like this this is how I'm gonna apply I'm not gonna apply it from the stick directly.
To me, the stick's a little bit too hard And I feel like they take off too much product, but they blend out pretty good There's definitely no harsh lines or anything that but of course I am stippling with this little brush And I would definitely suggest applying it with a brush and not applying it directly on your skin. Well the color is beautiful I like mocha a lot. That's definitely the color that works the best for me, so it blends out don't get me wrong I just think that it takes a little bit of time to blend out it's not like an easy like Quick thing as much with the sponge it definitely blends up a lot nicer than it does with the little brush I would definitely not really suggest the brush the sponge is a lot prettier And it looks a lot more diffused and not as harsh. It's not my favorite product It's definitely my favorite product the the cream stick in the contour shade let's go and try the light shade This is supposed to be a concealer and highlighter in one also guys one more thing I fuckin love Rihanna I love her so much.
I think she's literally amazing and if I can fucking switch lives with anyone It would be her, but that does not mean I'm not gonna be as honest as I possibly can be in a review about her products all I'm saying is I'm gonna be honest No matter what and if you guys don't like that if you guys think that I'm being like mean towards her Or if you guys are gonna be intense and like defend her yo, I get that but it's a review I'm a youtuber this is what I do full-time and Just because I love Rihanna just because you guys love Rihanna does not mean that every single product of hers is gonna work amazingly for Me personally the matchstick Contour stick was not a win again. This is like one of those products. That's not it's not as emollient It's nice creamy you doesn't have to like press on so you don't take off any of the coverage. Okay, cool now We're gonna take the little sponge again We're gonna blend this out, so it says you're supposed to be able to conceal with this as well And I personally don't think you can I think it definitely leaves a lot of darkness here, but it is definitely brightening I would definitely use this as more of a brightening highlighting stick and not a concealer stick whatsoever It doesn't really cover anything But it's very brightening which I love and I feel like the highlight stick blends a little bit easier than the contour stick Maybe because I'm lighter in complexion that could be it.
Okay. We need some real can see there on this too, okay I'm gonna take a little bit of some concealer for real and put it underneath my eyes. Just to really actually conceal Yeah, that's what I want to see see that okay. Dude.
This is the difference. This is like really brightening conceals My darkness, this is not as brightening of course. I want full coverage underneath that eye, girl. I want full coverage I'm just gonna go ahead and quickly set my under eye because I do have concealer on there so I can definitely See a difference between the highlighter stick and the contour stick.
I do like the highlighting stick don't get me wrong I think it actually does really brighten up everything for sure But I would not use it as a concealer stick it does not conceal to me It does not cover up really anything, but it does highlight really nicely And I definitely see an awake under eye like it's definitely much more like oh I don't know how I feel just yet I'm not really huge into like cream contouring as much so this is definitely a little bit more different for me now we have one More stick product we have highlighting shimmer sticks that are also $25 a pop there are also point 25 ounces I grabbed to shade we have the shade starstruck and the shade unicorn those look like the most fun to me and look like the most like I would be into, so we're gonna take the Shade unicorn on the floor this suppose we get purple. Okay, so yeah, I see it. I see the purple I see all right there. I definitely see something I'm seeing something I might just blend out a little bit and what we think the foundation comes off the stick use a fucking applicator for the sticks, I'm just telling you I.
Think your life's gonna be a lot easier if you use in a little Some type of thing to apply it where like a brush or a sponge because I'm telling you it like comes off the foundation comes off starstruck And we can do a little there. We go. I'll just like quickly do it I'll bounce it. Starstruck's looking very beautiful on camera Whoo whoo yes God? I'm a plane like this like if I swipe the foundation is gonna come right off, so I'm actually Living for starstruck right now girl it does a beautiful on the skin starstruck specifically I'm not really a huge fan of unicorn I think it disappeared pretty quickly and doesn't look purple whatsoever starstruck yes unicorn no, and then we have actual highlighters I Wanted to zoom in a little bit more so you guys can see what they look like a little bit closer She came out with a fucking slew a slew of highlighters.
We have All these bad bitches right here, so the highlighters are retailed for $34. These are the Killawatt highlighters They come with a .28 Ounces of product eight grams of product and these come with seven grams of product so the one that I'm living for the most Honestly the one I'm gasping for air for is Trophy wife, so this is trophy wife. It is a Gnarly-ass gold shade it's very intense. It has glitter flakes in it.
It's one of those highlighters. I had a fucking whoa like Whoa it's extremely extremely gold almost too. Gold for my complexion. I don't think that looks very good on me because it is so Ridiculously gold, but we're gonna put it on my skin anyway So we can see what it looks like so we have a metal moon Which is a lighter version is much more white shade? This is what you get off this one This is metal moon right here next to it.
This is it right here. This one's a lot more Powdery it's not as reflective. It's okay. The metal moon ones.
Okay. It's not my favorite So then we also have these guys which are a two-in-one highlighter This is in the shade mean money and hustle baby So let's go and swatch these guys so we have a more blinding intense side Which is this one, and we have a more soft subtle side on this side, so we have them both right here side to side, we have that gnarly intense fucking blinding ass bitch right here, and then we have this subtle bitch for every day so that is really cool about this you guys can make it more subtle you guys can amp it up with a With the other shade if you guys want it to be more intense which I think is really cool Then also grab the shade lightning dust and fire crystal. Let's watch these guys as well They look like this on the hand they're much more white very pretty I really do love the killawatts, these guys right here Not a fan of that one, and I think trophy wife's amazing So let's go and watch some of these guys on the face are these apply some I'm gonna put some over this and here we Have the cheek hugging highlighter brush which retails for $32 Look at that fucking bitch, looks like a shark fin So we're gonna take this shade at trophy wife and we're gonna apply that on the left side of the cheek I'm packing it onto the brush it packs on very intensely. We're gonna play right here Hugs the cheek Y'all do you all see that fucking shit, dude like that is so intense Like Jesus what the fuck? See this shit.
That's crazy so on the skin as you can see from here looks like the yellow Patch on my face when I'm looking head-on which I think is kind of annoying. This is definitely Not a shade that is like works for me very nicely, but again. It is beautiful. I would say more so for Medium to deeper complexion.
I'm gonna take the shade metal moon and put that one right here It's right there on the forehead as you can see it's alright. It's definitely nothing special I would not buy metal moon whatsoever, I don't think it's that nice. Now, we're gonna take the shade hustle, baby I'll put that on this side over this highlighter I. Want to take the other white one on top of this area Okay guys, I look like a fucking glazed doughnut nut case on this side Jesus Christ It looks really nice damn fuck.
Okay, honestly They're stunning the highlighters, the Killawatt highlighters are so sickening. I still love trophy wife. I've already worn it on my eyes, and I think it's stunning as an eyeshadow. The duos, stunning I.
Loved them. Metal moon, not my thing not my favorite one, so I'll pass on this guy, but the other three fucking nice man, so last but not least we have the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer for $18 its 0.30 Ounces a product, and it is of course a gloss or lip topper. Gloss type situation. I love the big dofer applicator Whoo oh Good, oh, my god.
Yo this feels so nice It's like slightly tacky, but not too tacky where you're like. Oh, this is sticky. It's not sticky you're gonna Feel it on the lips for sure it's more of a heavy gloss, but it's so fucking stunting This is a hit for me. This is a hit for I'm this highlight is distracting cuz it's so blinding Okay, guys and that is it for the review on the Fenty Beauty collection by Rihanna.
All in all what do I think of the line? I think the line is absolutely beautiful, I think that they did a great great job. Kendo is the brand that owns Fenty Beauty right. Rihanna is basically the face of Fenty Beauty it's like Fenty Beauty by Rihanna But Kendo is like the brains behind it. They're the brand that owns It's the same thing with like Marc Jacobs beauty, you know Kendo owns Marc Jacobs beauty It's not just Marc Jacobs beauty I think that kendo did an amazing amazing job, I know Rihanna, of course, was very very involved as well I can definitely tell that this line was a collaborative thing.
It wasn't just done by one person things I did not try in this video where the blotting powder. I am NOT. I don't need to blot right now, but I have used it and it did work fantastically and the blotting paper I did not use in takes video you because I don't need to blot also worked fantastically and is a really really fun like a little roller situation You kind of pat off, but all in all I think the line is great There were some definite hits though some definite misses for me personally. No line is literally perfect in my eyes I think that there's always room for improvement There's always room for growth when it comes to collections and things like that the foundation is incredible.
The primer felt fantastic, the other highlighters were incredible. Here is the ferry bomb this is a glittering pom-pom and the packaging looks like this. I love it It's very BAM now.
This says it is a plush shimmer packed puff Instant body glitz alright, so let's open it it comes with the sleeve thing on it, okay It looks like that now it does of course come sealed I already took my nail in a way So let's open this up. Oh wow alright, so once you pull it off the puff is already like BAM. It's there Wow it smells amazing okay, so here is what it looks like now let's pull it out. I just have this little moment here, so There's no that's a big look at you compared to my face Mm-hmm, it's more like a tea bag right now I'm like okay, so let's go on the website and see what this is supposed to do okay? This is an oversized glittery puff pari packed with superfine 3d rose gold shimmer designed for dabbing Directly all over the body how do we do how do we apply this let's see this shade is called a rose a on ice But this is smelling like a vanilla coconut It says and we're just gonna put this on this side of the body And then we'll see I don't think you're supposed to layer It does not say put over this so we're just gonna try it by itself, so let's just take it I don't know how much shimmer is supposed to come out.

I definitely see it alright some it says to dab it all over We're dabbing and what's really light like it's very its sheer. I think it's cheered. All right.

It's just a little more sheer than I guess I thought it was gonna be I don't know what to expect, but yeah, it's definitely there it's just it's sheer so let's take the puffs again and let's Oh Yeah, it's really share compared to the body lava It is definitely shake away shear, so let's take this all right, so we're gonna zoom in on the tattoos You can definitely tell that it's a you know waiting more fainter than the other one, but it is pretty It smells really good.

I was like girl But outside it was like oh like definitely could see it so when you're in front of a bunch of beauty lights sometimes things can Look a little different, so I'm glad I went outside It's still yeah in the studio. The glitter is not like really really powerful even with the light I wasn't living and breathing for it but outside It is stunning so if you're about to go to a pool party If you got to lay out and just smoke lying on the beach, it's it's a moment alright now. I love the effect It looks so stunning I couldn't imagine Covering myself with it and then going to the beach like I think sand would just oh yeah you it'll you'd get covered in sand Yeah, so definitely good for Instagram pictures, and if you're just living your life And at the poolside not near any sand or dirt All right, baby. Love you Mm-hmm you know where liquid lit men are not into that lip gloss all right so the final Verdict is the fenty beauty fairy bomb definitely really cute. I liked it a lot You guys know I was a little nervous at first, but it is really pretty I want to put this over and we can't because what if it gets Might get wet on here and I don't want I don't want to ruin it it smells so pretty. I'm like hi Moving on the face and body brush it was cute.
I don't personally use Brushes that come with products. I think we already own so many brushes It's like come on girl But brands always do that so it's definitely a cute accessory for someone that likes to collect Definitely love putting little brushes on my vanity the brush worked. It was great did an amazing job and Bam like a I am Glistening all right so the body lava you guys I'm on the fence I'm not sure about it only because of how it doesn't dry down I think it just feels a little too tacky for my taste So I will not be wearing this if I'm going to the beach But if I'm just going to the pool and hanging out. I will get my chest a little moment So I'm on the fence you guys What do you think all right so the Fenty beauty face and body kabuki brush and the fairy bomb are jeffree star approved? like so loud Welcome, to OMG We're coming over You guys have been dying for more episodes and we've been dying to bring you them! They are really involved and hard for us to do.
So let's go. Tati Westbrook, GLAMLIFEGURU. Oh, my Gosh. She uploads five days a week, so we are really honored to be doing her Beauty Studio Room Where she's going to shoot, she's gonna take meetings, she's gonna edit her videos.
Like, she's literally gonna spend so many hours. So many things to do. It's so important. We gotta go.
So let's go! We have so much to do. Hey guys! I'm Tati, my Youtube channel is GlamLifeGuru It's pretty self-explanatory, I do a lot of makeup tutorials, beauty reviews, I try on products, do first-impressions. That's kind of my thing! And I've been making videos for six years. We recently bought a home, it's my first home.
It's like the pride and joy of my life. And I wanted to make my beauty office, beauty studio just the whole room be really really special I'm truly honored that Tati asked Joey and I to come Cause, A this is her first home. B, she is a Beauty Guru who uploads five days a week. So, it better be good! I got my unicorn rows in.
And I am ready to be a creative weirdo, in this giant empty space. This room has to be glamorous quintessential things about glamour is
obviously not going to overboard with a color palette it's one big giant room
she needs to shoot videos in their office space to be able to edit her
videos she runs her business with James her husband just like Joey and I work
together. It was just a shell of a room there were no built-ins there was
nothing it was just our collective imagination to put the room together. We
spoke to them about the importance of makeup storage you guys remember Patrick Starr's beauty room and how we put in that big closet system it was a modular
closet system.
Since they bought this house we all thought that it means
sense to do a custom built-in using a custom closet company to really make the
built-in work perfectly to the size of the space give Tati the depth of drawers
so she can fit as much makeup as possible. We went to the showroom we
picked out the finishes, we picked out how things were going to be lit it was a
whole process. We made it to the showroom I definitely want white yeah. This one
right? This one is the smoother and yeah it's like a baked on almost like enamel feel.
Sort of like you but this is the overhead right so this is the corner
shoot shoot. Yeah we have this nailed down the dimensions the design we know we're
gonna do those custom slim drawers and we're gonna do a ton of them here on the
makeup side I'm so happy with all of things that we picked the beautiful white
finish the glass shells the super thin drawers it's gonna be so chic. It's gonna
be like the most custom piece ever. We just now have to get what is on paper into
the room the room on the wall.
The built-ins are done they look
gorgeous but the room is empty it's in need of a lot of TLC. Wow this is like the most goals thing ever. So many drawers. So many drawers.
Are you happy with it? I'm so happy I've been waiting for this
I feel like my whole life. You officially have the most epic totally beauty
storage system I think I've ever seen because not only is it gonna be beauty
storage but it's gonna be like fashion storage too Which is so cool it's like you have a
boutique in your house. I know. The function of this space is mainly beauty.
I wanna hang out here I want to you know bring people to my girl cave and like
have this be a special kind of you know chill-out zone where I spend a lot of my
time yeah get inspired.
And like some working happening back here or some
editing maybe stuff like that. I need a little space to kind of you know get
those five-day-a-week videos up. That's crazy I know. How long have you been releasing
five days a week? Three years You missed any days? Like over holidays
I've missed here and there but we've been pretty smooth sailing but I'm
hoping to be more organized that's been a really big goal because right now I
literally have makeup and boxes and bins and I try to stay really inspired and
just feel like I could be so much more creative and I could raise the bar if I
had everything in the right spot where it made sense.
All right well obviously
this was a massive undertaking getting this closet in. I mean having a custom
built in in a home that you own like make so much sense. You know I wanted it to not just be a temporary thing this is our first home. By the way
congratulations on your marriage.

It's been a big year so this is like the icing on the cake, no no pressure. So here's what I've been getting that done this was the
undertaking right we got it in now we have a day to do all this. Yeah.
This is a big space. Which is why we brought the big truck. The big truck. What are we doing first? I'm the big truck.
I don't really know how to do this kind of stuff so I'm trusting
them I mean I I definitely wanted some experts to make the space just right. So
what are we doing first? You got the plans? You are suppose to have this planned up. Sort of bringing the vibes of the project is to come in this room
we're gonna jump off with a really cool DIY. Come over here Tati are you ready?
I'm ready.
Oh yeah girl drop it like it's hot
the first time ever in OMG we're coming over history we are not painting a wall.
I know you can fall on over like you fell over fall on over, I don't know okay.
I love the white it blends in really nicely with the built-in. I totally think
I know what we're doing. We're gonna do really artistic like body painting. We
have to do an art project of course because I want Tati to get her hands
dirty put her stamp on this space well this room is really big but you don't
actually have like huge blank walls you just have this one and this one there so
we want to create areas right and art is a great way to kind of designate spaces
and obviously bring the eye up you know I love my DIYs.
Unique to you, I really
wanted to do something obviously that speaks to her profession as a makeup
artist as a makeup guru and the brushes that she uses are very important.
Oh my god. It is. This is the coolest. Isn't it cute? So it's a make up application
brushes blueprint.
I love it. We just hand sketched the brushes scan them in used
illustrator laid them out on like a graph paper setup hand wrote the names of
the brushes and I put in like little measurement and then you just go to like
a FedEx or any copy shop and just print on the blue print printers so we printed
the biggest size possible in the blue ink the piece that we are going to
decoupage on a canvas so this is our decoupage glue it's like
a white glue but I have some water in this tray. Before we put a bunch of glue on it, can you measure the frame really quickly? Three feet, so probably three feet.
Glue on I'm gonna mark the wood so you know where to cut. We're gonna use a wood
canvas instead of a canvas because it's more sturdy and I really want this
artwork to hold up frame it out with a custom wood frame that Joey is building
we're just painting a layer of decoupage glue on to the wood and then laying down
the piece over top it will wrinkle a little bit and it makes it look a little
more aged.
Are you ready for Tati to help you cut because we're done with our
first layer of glue yeah sure I'm ready for the saw. Yeah! So your cut
is going to be three three quarters of an inch. Boring! You don't get off that easy Tati you got
a saw I kind of got like an old saw it's not that good sorry I hope you're
ready to work your biceps. This is a whole brand new thing for me and I
didn't chip a nail so Let's see how these fit together now.
Are
you done? No we're done with the first joint. Yay should we stain these? I'll cut
you can stay. I feel so tall. So I brought some different stain colors to choose from
and Tati chose the ebony color which I'm really glad that she did
because I think black and white together is just quintessentially glamorous super
classic combinations that will never go out of style I'm definitely playing with
a lot of black and white in this room Joey are you do we have a fourth piece?
That better be a really important email it's not he's playing candy crush What are you staining the inside of the wood for? We're not this is the side of the wood you definitely need to stain the side
of the wood sir.
Tati I'm sorry you have to be a part of this argument. Tati's like can't wait let me come here I come here come here
nope not with the opener I use that on this So four pieces done. Great then
we'll let this dry Joey will just nail them together. I'm over this!
Well it's good your over it, this may be all that you're gonna do with us.
I'm
being banished? You've donned glove held a saw now it's time to get out. Oh wait
no but before we banish you I want to give you a sneak peek of what I'm gonna
be up to while you're up doing something with your brushes right. Ta-da! Make up brush set. That's amazing.
Look at it actually is like a fan brush. You could do like foundation
really fast it's like one that's on the things. Okay well we have so much to do
so much to do so one two three. How about we get off the floor? Fingers crossed she's gonna do something great but I've been kicked out so I
gotta like hand the trust over and just go do my own thing and wait for the big
reveal No peaking!
Alright so now that Tati is gone we have a lot to do we have basically three
separate areas we have to decorate.
I wanted to give Tati a feature wall, the
built-in is really symmetrical and beautiful and angular. I wanted something
that had a little more movement to it so I love the idea of using these
paintbrushes that are shaped like makeup brushes So these are brush blots we're gonna
call it a brush blot wall and I'm using a really dark charcoal grey which will
read like black but not be like so harsh against the white So I'm painting the brush blot wall Joey
is hanging the curtains. So we got these awesome blackout curtains that are a
light color on the inside but they also will totally block out the light so that
way when they need to shoot they're not competing with the sunlight. And they're
beautiful gray silk curtains because silk curtains are so glamorous.
Very luxe
I mean this whole giant window slash door thing they have going on here is
very cool so we're just highlighting that by putting up a high curtain rod
draping that down so in this big area we are going to put down a giant rug first I'm
gonna put the rug pad down which basically will stop the rug from sliding
around then we'll roll out the rug. Joey what do you think my wall? Oh it's so cute there
are paint splotches. Brush what? It's so cute. Thank you! While this
function is sound absorbers when you're shooting in a big room you don't want it
to echo so a rug is really important same with any textile in the room to
kind of have the space.
You think this rug is going to make it all the way
to the end? Oh yeah that's doesn't work. We're just gonna have to trim down the rug pat. Joey Done it a million times oh it's a fart
tube Joey. Let go of it I'm trying to This is such a big room I have to
talk to you through a tube.
I cannot do that, Joey
you're gonna pass out. It's so big we can like spread out and hold hands. Like a king
size rug. My flowers, my brain is filled with nothing.
When I was in middle school I
had like tiny didgeridoo I would just sit in my room and practice circular
breathing I don't think I ever actually got it down the concept is you keep air
in your mouth so while you're blowing out you can breathe into your nose like
the hard part is refilling your mouth but you get it. You know what else is filled
with nothing? These shelves! Joey enough with the rug cuddle we got to
style the shelves. This is the most epic styling I've ever done you guys I
literally would wake up at night before this project being like do I have enough
stuff to put in those shelves we are bringing in shoes, purses we are
bringing in clothes sunglasses jewelry makeup displays coffee table books which
they're not going on the coffee table they are beautiful hardcover art books
of hair and makeup and fashion and all the things that will inspire Tati
and just really speak to her sophistication because books are
sophisticated and I hope they never go away
shout out to books. Blue and white China I love using it in interior design.
I don't
get to use it that often because it is a very distinct look the blue and white
which you see in the blueprint art and in the China accents is just soft and
sophisticated So in order to give her an area to film
on we are bringing in this amazing desk that Joey put together this is going to
be her filming tables how gorgeous is this chair? How gorgeous is this? It has a
beautiful light wood top and the wood is a very similar tone to the floors that
are already in the space then the legs are these just very simple but really
gorgeous brass solid looking legs that just kind of fit into the tabletop like
it looks like a puzzle piece. The bench we're bringing in for Tati to sit
on while filming is this awesome furry bench I love free things it has a very
glamorous look to it and it has acrylic legs which are really really nice next
to the solid brass legs of the desk so just playing with ding ding ding juxtaposition.
So sit here with the light streaming in here. Yeah. Do her tutorials and then she
doesn't have a back yeah in the shot you know yep and then when she has collabs
yeah right people sitting next to her yeah great thinking Kate so ingenious
Kate.
Custom artwork you know I love and the same with custom photography it's
really nice to have things that are your own unique pieces I didn't want to just
go and buy black-and-white photography for Tati I took it upon myself I'm not a
photographer no no I'm a novice but I was like you know what I've got a bunch of
nail polish and mirrors and fume bottles and stuff let me just try taking
pictures of these against a white background. I'm using a nice camera with
a 50 millimeter lens and let's just see how it goes.
Joey is going to arrange these in a cluster and hang them because he's
really good at both of those things. The living-room area I mean I'm calling
it the living room area it's basically the meeting room area because they have
a living room. We're being in a rug.
Rug number two we
don't need a rug plat for this because we're putting so much furniture over it
it's gonna be weighted down. Look how pretty! Wow Wow Textured! This is about as cozy as it gets. No no Joey
we're not doing the rug cuddle here no. In the seating area we're gonna bring in
a very cool Chesterfield tufted couch.
I love this couch it's nice and deep so if
we can get it through the door we're good Oh! Good job! I think that maybe was
the hardest thing I've ever done in my life Kate that's why we've been doing squats at the gym, so you can get better at lifting couches with me. There's
nothing more classic and glamorous than a Chesterfield couches that have like
the flat back and the flat arms and are tufted on the back. Chesterfield. Wow!
Looks very cozy Isn't it pretty? Very pretty.
Because
like this is like her studio so she might want to come in here and just have
like a peaceful moment read a book watch some other people's YouTube videos. Gonna rock you. No Joey! This coffee table is so amazing coffee table it's sort of a
patchwork of different marble colors different stone colors complimentary to
the rugs but also is its own art piece. For my next trick I will produce a
fiddly fig.
We're putting a fiddly fig in the corner this tree has to look good
all the time I'm going for a faux plant next to the couch I'm placing a round
marble accent table with a pretty brass lamp again it's very architectural kind
of simple because this wall has so much pizazz we didn't need a crazy lamp just
something to accent. Tati is very feminine and women but I
love the grounding color of black it's very glamorous and these chairs are just
amazing and they have brass legs. In between these two chairs I'm placing
another blue and white China moment a drum stool
for bringing the blue and white theme that's happening over on the shelve over
to the living room area. Some furry pillows complete these black
chairs I love black tone on tone of the black chair fabric being a little
more shiny and then the furry cozy pillows.
Okay so on this wall we got these two crazy sturdy awesome desks right because
she's going to have her assistant any whoever might be working with her on a
project she might have people in for meetings we need a place for them to be
able to sit in here. Pull up a chair. But but but I have stuff on it Where you going? No wonder I Drive. Oh I just got dizzy.
These chairs you guys oh my gosh.
She's glam life guru I am NOT getting her just a
regular old desk chair no no they're gold deskchairs! Okay well we did this backwards.
We have to put the brush diagram. Oh no I got to finish baking that. Yes,
baking in the Sun right now blueprint is gonna go centered over this yeah can you
like at least stifle yawn that was like the opposite of a stifle. Build off the
frame I'm gonna put that right above and center it over those two desks and
that's gonna just be a really cool feature art piece that you're gonna see
when you come in on the wall.
Next to the blueprint art we are hanging wall lamps
which I love wall lamps because it gives you the flexibility of getting a sconce
look without having wiring in the walls the kitchenette area is really cool
we've got retro fridge on the countertop when we were first here talk to you
mentioned that you wanted a candy bar and that's stuck in my head. The word
fizz just reminds me of like old school soda pop and so does a candy bar so I
just love that that's our little like retro vintage corner so apothecary jars
with some candy completes a candy bar. On the desk I'm just dialing some desk
calendars some more blue and white and a tray and a little cup which I'm
using as a pen cup and then just some other things like an amazing cement tape
dispenser scissors a gold stapler etc For the styling on her filming table I'm
keeping it very minimal because of course it is going to fill up with all
of her products that she's using. Guys I.
Think the room is done I'm excited let's
bring her in and James gotta see it he's gonna work in there and be
filming adjusting focus and all that stuff you better like it too. Kate's
leading me and my eyes are trying to just focus on the ground because I don't
want to sneak peek anything and literally like walking into this room my
heart was going so fast because all I. Was thinking is how when I started my
channel I had no tripod the crappiest camera ever no lighting and I literally
sat on the corner of my bed and I had like basically a caboodle of makeup.
This is all very exciting they just got married they just moved into this house and
now we're going to show them their new beauty studio. Okay, One....Two....Three! Oh my god oh my god Oh God and turn around it's the Glamest of Glam rooms ever.
Oh my god this is better than I. Even thought it would be. You guys these
are the first like full-on tears we've seen in OMG W.A.C.O. Tati's like kind of
crying I think James is crying inside.
You missed it but she made that. Yeah we
made that. I'm very talented. I love it so much! You are our first on first full teary eye.
I knew that Kate would do like certain things I just had a feeling and I knew
it would be so reflective of who I am and a little more sophisticated but just
with some fun Flair and she got me so good that I literally teared up and was
shaking.
Here's just filming area James get in here! And like you
know collabs you can sit with. It's so soft and cozy.
